The Holiday Clutch is knitted. The perfect little clutch that sparkles a little extra. Perfect for your phone and lip gloss at parties.

YARN

Cosmo from Lana Grossa; 100% cotton (sequins), 100 g / 260 m. Brillino from Lana Grossa; 83% viscose, 17% metallic fiber 25 g / 200 m.

MEASUREMENTS

Width approx. 26 cm

Height approx. 16-17 cm

YARN CONSUMPTION

Silver: Cosmo no. 2: 1 skein - Brillino no. 6: 2 skeins

Burgundy: Cosmo no. 17: 1 skein - Brillino no. 3: 2 skeins

SUGGESTED NEEDLES: 40 cm circular needles, size 4 (US 6)

GAUGE: 21 sts in stockinette stitch on 4 mm (US 6) needles with 2 strands of Brillino and 1 strand of Cosmo = 10 cm (4 inches).

ACCESSORIES

-Purse clasp 19/20 cm

-Clear sewing thread, Needle, Pins

-Lining to stiffen the clutch. Whatever you have that measures 52 cm wide and approx. 15 cm high.

Tip! For the silver clutch, I cut up a stiff reusable bag and used it for lining. For the burgundy clutch, I used a textile/oilcloth.

Brief description of the work

The entire piece is knitted with 2 strands of Brillino and 1 strand of Cosmo, held together on the specified needle size. The piece is knitted in the round in stockinette stitch. The bag is sewn together at the bottom, sew in lining, and sew in the purse clasp.
